Freedom is a reality written in permanent ink. Within that reality you’ll find your value, significance, and purpose. You don’t need great achievements in life to be worth something. Your name provides all your worth. You are Free, I repeat, You are Free. ”

Welcome to Heart Hacks.

Dear fellow Human,

You must be ready to change your life. I can help with that.

There are many options available to reveal a better you, but not all involve a wholistic approach. This includes using Emotional and Spiritual intelligence to locate the underpinning issues. Those issues are the fruit of the problem, not The Problem itself. Fruit issues are things like fear, shame, guilt, depression, and anger – none of which are meant to be managed. If you’re currently managing any of them, please stop! It’s not normal, it’s weird.

The Mission has three parts:

1. Unearth any emotional pain from your past and present.

2. Understand what caused the pain and why.

3. Upgrade your belief system to live life powerfully instead of arguing with it hopelessly.

The Process is Reconciliation:

Reconciliation is: restoring relationships with yourself and others, starting at the heart level. For example; when there is unresolved pain, your heart moves from safety to fight or flight. Self protectors activate and Fear becomes your coach instead of Love.

Trying not to get hurt again, you shut down. This feels safer but blocks the remedy you need to heal. In turn, you stop living and start losing. Next, the connection to your family, relationships, finances, and dreams become inhibited. The rollercoaster of chaos begins. Not a fun ride.

Without getting help, the pain produces an alternate version of you. Allow me introduce you to the Me Monster! A relational thief that gives nothing back….. and boy does this thing love to be right! The bottom line is, when you’re not controlling you, something else will.

This leaves you with two options:

1. Keep the Me Monster around and float on the ship of right in the sea of procrastination.

2. Become the person you already are by getting rid of the things wanting to get rid of you.

I’d go with option #2 and let the Me Monster drown.
